YOGA FOR RUNNING RECOVERY
Recover better in less than 20 minutes with this video!! Do this after your run! What's more you only need a wall, doorway and a floor. To be fair this will feel good for everyone but the references are specific to runners.
Notes: if your forehead is lower than your chin when you lie down you will need to place a folded blanket under your head until they are even. Also, if you have discomfort whilst sitting on your heels then please roll up a towel or soft blanket longways (so it looks like a snake) and place it in the gap between the floor and your ankles or you can also do the last stretch sitting in a chair
