Seven Sisters

Join us on the South Downs

This is your invitation to come and spend a long weekend with us training along the South Downs Way.

We invite you to join us in the UK South Downs. A beautiful area of the UK with fresh sea air, endless trails and rolling hills.

South Downs

The South Downs is a perfect location for a long weekend training camp. If you are training for a spring half marathon, marathon, trail race or ultra then this camp is for you. Beautiful trails and a great group of people to share the trails and probably some tales.

We will be based in the YHA Eastbourne which lies on the South Downs Way, just a short distance from Eastbourne.

We want you to leave your stresses in the city. This Training Weekend is designed to be fun, meet new people, get expert advice, enjoy the process, get in some quality training and learn. We would love to see you there.

Running on the South Downs

The Trails

The South Downs National Park is home to numerous trails where one can run with sea views and through forests. We will spend the majority of our training on the South Downs Way during our long run, hill session or some easy runs in between.
