We invite you to join us in Chamonix Mont-Blanc. The heart of trail running in Europe and home of the iconic UTMB.

Chamonix is a perfect location for a long weekend of trail running, yoga, good food and great company. If you want to experience the mountain trails around the Chamonix valley, run with like minded people, get daily guided yoga and relax in a luxury hotel & spa, then this is the trip for you.

We will be based in the 4* Heliopic Hotel & Spa which lies in the heart of Chamonix, with full access to the spa, perfect after a long day out on the trails.

We want you to leave your stresses in the city. This weekend retreat is designed to be fun, relaxing, nurturing and a little challenging. We would love to see you there.

 
 

The Accomodation

Our basecamp for the weekend is the wonderful Heliopic Hotel & Spa in the heart of Chamonix. As well as comfortable rooms with spectacular views, the hotel is equipped with a pool and spa for the perfect post-run recovery.

The Trails

Chamonix is home to an enormous network of trails. You will have the opportunity to run on part of the UTMB route as well as taking in the breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc Massif. Supported by qualified guides you will be in safe hands to experience some of the best trails in Europe.

Food

We will be eating at local restaurants all of which offer plant based food. Lunch out on the mountains will also be provided by local companies using fresh locally sourced ingredients.

Yoga & Meditation

Moving, breathing and learning to tune in to ourselves. Yoga and meditation for every body and every mind delivered with kindness, patience, a strong training in anatomy and a good sense of humour.

 

The Details…

Date 1 : Friday 12th July - Monday 15th July 2024

Date 2 : Friday 20th September - Monday 23rd September 2024

Cost: 800 GBP per person all inclusive.

What is included? 3 nights (shared) accommodation, Daily yoga instruction with Rachel, Daily guided trail runs, coaching, education and advice over the whole weekend. All meals which includes Breakfast x 3 (Saturday, Sunday and Monday), Lunch x 2 (Saturday and Sunday), Dinner x 3 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). You will also have use of the hotel spa and pool.

What isn’t included? Your transport to the accommodation, personal holiday insurance, running snacks & drinks and towels (bring your own).

How Do I book?
If you want to secure your place we would require a deposit of £200 with the balance due 6 weeks before the camp. You can pay a deposit through PayPal by sending the money to hello@runnamasteeat.com with a reference of your name and which date you want to book.
