We are really proud of this one! Tom & I have put this retreat together to give you the best Kenyan running experience possible - you'll find nothing else like it!
This is your chance to experience more of kenya & it's running culture. Travel to the foothills of mount Kenya where you will be coached by Kenyan Olympic national coach Bruce Lati (aka Rudisha's secret weapon). Here, running in the beautiful tea plantations you will also start to acclimatise before heading to Iten: Home of champions. After spending the next 6 days and nights sleeping, eating and training at altitude- living the Kenyan way -your retreat will culminate in The Standard Chartered Nairobi marathon as you have the chance to partake in either the marathon, 1/2 marathon or 10km races!
